This book was a bit different but in a good way. It caught my eye at first because it was on the free list. I am so glad that I decided to purchase it. It seemed to start out a little slow at first but then the plot built in such a way that you wanted to see what was going to happen next. I read it in one night. I am a mother who loves to read and preview children's books.The main character was 14 years old but it would not be hard for all ages to relate to her. It was the perfect mix of mystery, fun, and heart pumping adventure. I will so be reading books 2 and 3.

it is an awesome book for people that like cat function books and I'm very happy with it but If you don't like Evan a little drama then it might not be for you but I think you will love this book hope you read the book bye for now y'all
Sometimes,things in this book did not make sense,and it drags on and on. There was horrible comma use, and parts intended to be exciting were super boring. If I wanted to read this book, I'd probably read one page and be fed up with it.
the premise of the novel was okay, but it drags and ambles along. the character of grace was not compelling.
Originally got this book because it was about cats & I'm trying to get my daughter to branch our in her reading. The book being free didn't hurt either. She tried it and it wasn't to her taste of saving and rescuing animals, like in the puppy pals series she likes.
However I was bored one day & started reading it. I loved it! I thought the story was unique. The characters were great. Can't wait to purchase the next 2.
The idea was interesting but the author didn't do very well telling the story. Parts that should have been exciting were not written well enough to be exciting and everything else dragged along too slow. I felt this was written by somebody much younger than it actually was. Glad I got it free, not going to pay to read the others in the series though.
